Our Story:

Tanner Noakes is an experienced financial modelling and social impact professional with a strong passion for not-for-profit funding (NFP) and impact investment.

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges associated with NFP funding during the 2019 Black Summer bushfires in Australia, Tanner founded Of The Oak (OTO) Finance to support impact organisations secure funding opportunities.

Since then, OTO Finance has advised some of the largest social impact investors and managers in Australia/Asia; made financial models that have raised hundreds of millions of dollars for impactful organizations in the region; and has been the largest pro-bono financial modeller for NFPs in Australia for 2 years running.
